Stephanie Vardy is an editor in chief at a multimedia company. She has been writing for the media since she was 17 years old, starting with her hometown paper and quickly moving up to more prestigious positions.Stephanie never cares about being politically correct- she just wants to get the story so that people can feel something, anything. Her work has always been about giving meaning to life’s most difficult moments and telling stories of hope.

A hard worker at heart, Santa has never shied away from challenges. As Editor-in-Chief of Psych Central, she’s learned to see what stories are hidden in the fine line between good and bad news. She thrives on the pressure of deadlines.In her career as a journalist, Santa has covered everything from how the body reacts to circumstances like chronic stress and extreme temperatures, to how music can affect our moods.She’s a fan of exploring things outside of one’s comfort zone – whether it’s a scary movie or an intense workout. Her true joy comes from pushing herself to be better than yesterday.

Liona is a great contributor and writer who lives in Austin Texas. She was born and raised in the City of Austin and has been exploring it ever since. She graduated with a degree in journalism from The University of Texas at Austin, where she learned how to be a good investigative journalist and writer. Since then, she has been doing just that. Her work has appeared on CNN, Agence France-Presse, HuffPost, Quartz, Conde Nast Traveler and more!She loves being outside exploring her city, cooking for friends or trying new restaurants all over town or going to the movies.

A lifelong Texan, Charlotte is also a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. She is also a three-time Ironman Triathlon finisher, has competed in Tough Mudder and Spartan Races, and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Since joining the team in October, she has written about the joys and struggles of motherhood, the strength of women during the Paris Attacks, how she learned to be less hard on herself, and more. She lives with her husband, one dog (Fiona), and two cats (Mimi & Buddy)
